    Our 1-on-1 on-ice training sessions are designed to address the specific areas you want to improve. For an added level of personalization, we offer an optional video breakdown analysis, which highlights the athlete's strengths and areas for development. Following this analysis, the coach will craft a tailored practice plan with targeted drills that align with the athlete's goals. During the on-ice session, these drills are implemented to refine strengths and address any identified weaknesses, ensuring a focused and effective training experience.

To support you in making informed choices, we offer complimentary consultations on various hockey options. with the ever changing junior hockey landscape it can be difficult to know whats best for your athlete, our expert guidance is designed to assist you every step of the way.

    Our group on-ice sessions accommodate approximately 6-10 athletes and are structured around a specific thematic focus. These sessions are tailored to address the particular needs and requests of the group, allowing for customized drills and exercises that align with their developmental goals.

    Connect with a coach remotely from anywhere in the world to engage in a comprehensive discussion on a variety of topics, including off-ice habits, mental strategies for enhancing performance, and other areas that the athlete feels may contribute to their development. Additionally, we offer an optional remote video analysis service to further support and refine the athlete's performance.
